Another Poem: Moments

Moments:

She sits there, sad and broken,
We've been here,
Coughin' and chokin',
A moment not too dear

A boy, laugin' and toyin',
The joy, always bringing a smile in,
The lights, all flashing in the night,
Fairly bright, it shows her what's right,
This is a moment she can live for

We all breathe the same air,
Living in the same place,
But some things are unfair,
But some things are embraced,
And that's a moment worth pondering over

When asked, "Are you sure?"
She can't help but say "My answer's pure!"
But to go back and rereading this statement,
She knows she was a fool to agree quickly in that moment

Smiles in miles,
Laughter in files,
In peace we rest,
Profound by the test,
The test of knowledge
and patience
and other things hardly mentioned,
Well,
it's easy to pass,
if you can pass the tension

Now, she sits there, drying her tears,
We're still together,
Smiling at conquered fears,
Proud of our endeavor

My friend, you are needed,
So put it down,
Listen to my words, all pleaded,
And upside down, you should turn that frown

Because moments only last for moments
So just relax and breathe
Because if you act on that spoiled sense
You won't get a second chance, believe me

Heres a tip:

You dont need to put a comma after every sentence. Say it like you're reading it. Putting in pauses makes it akward to read.
