Heibai is a cobra capable of changing colors and abilities. it's main ability is that it can find bijuu signatures of both negative and regular bijuu as well as the ability to fuse with it's guardian giving a huge chakra boost for a few posts

just a note but Heibai barely boosts chakra or abilities and is more like a guide to the bijuu and a pet
