The Order Consists of One Dark Lotus, Four Grandmasters and Four Lotus masters.
To Qualify for Grand master you must be the Leader of a village
To qualify for Lotus Master you must be at least be Jounin.

The lotus consists of Ten Members, the Dark Lotus consists of The Group Leader and Shuuhei. making this member into two.
The Dark Lotus passes the three treasures along to the next leader. the three treasures are the Suspension or, Sword of Binding, and the summoning contract for Shuuhei.

The Grandmasters each wear a ring with a direction on it. North East West and South. Taki is South Konoha is East Kumo is North and Mizu is west.

Each of the Lotus Masters have Tattoos signifying their own direction. these directional Tattoos give them particular prowess over their country's main element.

The Order's main purpose is Akatsuki Counter intelligence and defense (We fight the bad guys for those of you who don't understand)
