Poem about my broken heart :'(

Time Clicks as I await
The hour ends before my take
Sitting, thinking, waiting; my mind escapes

The day grows old as night passes
Wolves crying, coyotes howling; anticipating
Watching, staring, seeing -- nothing

Silence begins the day
as morning comes without notice
Tears begin to fall, slowly

The day moves on without hope
Wishing to be what is not to be

The sun moves to its peak
without a whisper or retreat

Time moving, but still empty
Stomach aching, curling
Still waiting

You see the pain that lies in his eyes
But, alas, his eyes are dry,
He won't cry
No, he won't cry.

You see the anger that burns from his eyes
The madness that sets his eyes ablaze,
He won't cry
No, he won't cry.

You see the fear that closes his eyes
The smile he wears is but a disguise
He won't cry
No, he won't cry.

You see the love that lies with in
But he shall never love again
He won't cry
No, he won't cry.

Everybody cries sometimes, and if you don't you should. Crying is a natural way of letting go of pent up emotions. It is sad fact that many children are shamed for crying. Adults who are led to believe that crying is not OK may repress their feeling of sadness. Emotions that are not allowed to release tend to leak out in other areas of their lives. The ability to express our emotions whether alone or in communication to others is necessary for a happy life.
