… As of now there is a new training rule, puppets, summoning, and weapons to earn your jutsu that you've created. This can be done in several ways; one being an RPG battle, another can be a training topic that gets a proved. Also your training topic will be based on a word count system that goes like this.
E- Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 250 words
D - Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 300 words
C- Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 350 words
B- Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 400 words
A-Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 450 words
S- Ranked jutsu/items will require a total count of 500 words.
Each justu/item will be checked twice one approving you to train. Another one after you’ve trained expressing that you have gone thru the proper process to obtain your jutsus. So have fun kids and member were watching.
