Chidori is Kakashi's first original technique, though he now uses an S-ranked version known as the Lightning Blade. He created it around the time he was promoted to Jonin, and later taught it to Sasuke.

Name: Chidori Current (meaning "One Thousand Birds Current)

A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Name: Chidori Senbon ( meaning "One Thousand Birds Senbon")
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
Sasuke reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Name: Chidori Sharp Spear ( meaning "One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear")

Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits.

Name: Kirin
Type: S-rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+)
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.

To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Name: Kusanagi Sword: Chidori Katana (meaning "Kusanagi Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana

Sasuke flows his Chidori Current through a katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. The radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.

Name: Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This is a kind of "ninja tool summon" that, by sealing ninja tools like swords or kunai into, for instance, a scroll or one's clothes beforehand, allows them to be called upon when needed. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between "taking out" a ninja tool, taking the right "stance" and actually "throwing" it is greatly reduced. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

Name: Ninja Art: Thunder Armor

By combining his twin swords at their hilts and rotating them, Raiga can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This armor seems very strong as it is capable of standing up to Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.

Name: Lightning Blade

Hand Seals: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey (finished with left hand just below right hand)
The Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Blade requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Blade is more focused and blue. In Part I he is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II he can use it at least six times.
Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Blade. During his confrontation with Orochimaru in Part I, he creates it without using hand seals. In Part II he is able to form a Lightning Blade in both of his hands to counteract Lightning Release: False Darkness. Soon afterwards he uses it in a downward cutting motion rather than a thrust to free Naruto Uzumaki from Kakuzu. To keep up with its name, Lightning Blade now emits the sound of electricity, rather than birds chirping.

Name: Lightning Destruction

Hand Seals: Ox, Rabbit, Ram, Dog, Monkey
The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Name: Lightning Hound
Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, All ranges
By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone
Type: Unknown
This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Name: Lightning Style: Shattering Thunder

Hand Seals: Boar, Ram, Snake
This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

This technique lets the user summon lightning from the sky to their hand and then shoot it at their opponent.

Name: Lightning Style: Lightning Bind

Hand Seals: Ox, Horse, Dragon
This technique lets the user create a three sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the wall with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls.

Four giant pillars are summoned or created, whence then shoot bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possible doing damage to them.

Giant Vortex Jutsu is quite a deadly attack using the water element. After completing a long series of hand seals, a cyclical spiral of water will emit from the user, which will eventually lead to a downpour of water at an opponent. This jutsu covers a large surface area, so the target and the target's surroundings will surely be engulfed in the waves of water.

Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu is a more advanced form of Naruto's commonly used Shadow Clone Jutsu. Instead of creating around a dozen shadow clones, this jutsu can create hundreds. For unknown reasons, the Fourth Hokage banned this technique, which also makes it Kinjutsu

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface, and it will become difficult to maneuver. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet BEFORE touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.
*Note: An opponent must use an action to dodge this technique as with any other jutsu, based upon RP, speed, and judge discretion.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited, however. It cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert back into its natural water state.
*Note: The maximum amount of clones that can be created is 2, each with their own action per turn. The clones cannot use jutsu over C Rank but can perform most other actions. When combined with a Bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target with the use of the clone so long as it can use such jutsu.

ok all approved but kirin and chakra detecting rain.

Kirin is approved if you understand this. it is not a one post technique it requires three consecutive fire technique posts to cause a lightning storm and you are channeling pure lightning with your chakra. you may be lightning god but your lightning storms are chakra induced so they aren't the pure energy of Kirin.

You may register a Raijuu's Kirin detailing how it is created and used but again it will take at leaset two set up posts and it will be weaker than Kirin.
