Taijutsu

Name: Dancing Leaf Shadow
Type:: C-rank, Short range (0-5m)

The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is a Taijutsu technique that is used to
position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The
ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a
switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja
will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's
back to their chest. Since this is the opponents blind spot, the user
can have various ways of executing the dance with a variety of combos
in almost any fashion.

Name: Lion's Barrage
Type: C-rank, Short range (0-5m)

The
user gets to the point where he does Dancing Leaf Shadow to get behind
an airborne opponent. Afterwards,the move starts to differ. He starts
with a kick to the left side of his opponent. From there he does a
backhand strike to the face, one straight punch to the gut to send the
opponent towards the ground and finishes with a spinning kick that
lands his left heel on the center of the opponent just as they both hit
the ground.

Ninjutsu

Name: Substitution Jutsu
Type: E-rank
Users: all ninja academy graduates (Genin )
This
jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object,
leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be
attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all
ninja know this technique.

Name: Rain Body Body Flicker Technique ("Teleportation Technique")
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
Users:
Most Rain Shinobi, if not all ninja above Genin level This jutsu is a
high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long
distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as
if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to
disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to
temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required
depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended
destination. The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among
the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element
aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort
of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand.
Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker, Water Body Flicker, and
Leaf Body Flicker.


Name: Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu
Type: C-rank, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Uchiha clan, various konoha ninja
After
performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their
mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large
fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The
fireball ignites externally. The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a
"coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than
average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this
technique.

Name: Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu
Type: C-rank, Mid-range (5-10m)
Users: Uchiha Clan, Sasuke Uchiha ( students)
The
user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. While
the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more
devastating than Fireball jutsu (and being able to melt rock), it looks
like huge burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Name: Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Uchiha clan, Sasuke Uchiha ( students)
This
jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to
hide shuriken within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary
surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a
distraction.

Name: Demon Wind Shuriken: Windmill of Shadows
Type: D-rank, Offensive, Mid to long range (5 m)
Users: Sasuke Uchiha ( students)
The
user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken in such a way
that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line
of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown.

Name: Sharingan Windmill Triple Attack
Type: C-rank, Mid-range (5-10m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
Utilizing the abilities of the sharingan, Sasuke is able to control shuriken
that
have wire cords attached to them (two held with the hands and one with
the mouth) and manipulate their paths to tie an opponent to a
nearby
large object, binding them. If there is no object, the shuriken will
impale the opponent. With the opponent caught, Sasuke can also to burn
the opponent.

Name: Face Stealing Jutsu
Type: B-rank, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Sasuke Uchiha ( students)
This
jutsu allows the user to peel the face of another person off and wear
it like a mask, effectively impersonating the said person. The grisly
effect of this is that the target loses their face entirely, as if it
was dissolved clean off their head.

Name: Chidori Current
Type: A-rank, Offensive/ Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
A variation on a regular chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha,
this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged
chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because
the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only
paralyzing
its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun
opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity
through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their
cutting power, as well as making body parts cut by them numb.

Name: Chidori Senbon
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke
reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It
is specialized in more speed than the normal Chidori and can cause
damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can
become even more effective by using it together with the sharingan,
allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vitals.

Name: Chidori Sharp Spear
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori
by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in
length.
This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon
contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it
can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally
weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related
techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits.

Name: Chidori: Raku
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke
performs a Chidori in the air (not in mid-air). He moves extremely fast
in a zig-zag pattern, such that he leaves afterimages. He attacks the
opponent with only one strike.

Name: Kusanagi Sword: Chidori Katana
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
User: Sasuke Uchiha
Among
those techniques that use a chakra flow to raise cutting ability or
make use of the Chidori, this technique in particular is called
"Chidori Katana", because it flows lightning-natured chakra through a
katana in a manner similar to the Flying swallow technique. The
radiating and chirping blade can easily cut up even steel. Furthermore,
the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their
freedom of movement.

Rank: S-rank, Offensive, Long range (10m )

Kirin
is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in
the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder
clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it
with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to
elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning
Releases. Usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared
up of clouds after use. However, natural lightning can reach a
temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the
sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy.


Kekkai Genkai (Uchiha Clan)

Name: Amaterasu
Type: Kekkei Genkei, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Uchiha clanm.sharingan users
Amaterasu
is an eye technique of the Mangekyou sharingan . It is one of the most
powerful ninjutsu in existence, opposite of Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of
similar power. The jet-black flames are said to be as hot as the sun.
Though stated in the data book to burn everything reflected on its
retina, It has also been commented that the Amaterasu burns everything
within the users's wide field of vision to cinders with an unholy black
flame, to the degree of being able to burn an entire forest or village
with it. Where ever the user focuses his eye on a object, the flames
will appear at the exact spot without moving making it unavoidable as
long as the user keeps his vision on the target.

Name: Tsukuyomi
Type: Kekkai Genkei, Short range (0-5m)
Users: Uchiha clan Mangekyo users
Named
after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful
Genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those
with the Mangekyo sharingan can perform it. When executed, the jutsu
traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled
by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real
world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target.
Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for
days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When
the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the
target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete
mental breakdown.

Name: Susanoo
Type: Kekki genkai, All ranges
User: Mangekyo sharingan users(uchiha clan)
Susanoo
is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi
wielding the sacred Yata no Kagami, a mirror that's considered one of
the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, as a
shield in its left hand, and in its right, the legendary Totsuka no
Tsurugi, also known as the Sakenagi Longsword. The Totsuka no Tsurugi,
commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from
Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade
capable of sealing anything it pierces in an eternal dream-like
illusion. Like the Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi, Susanoo is an ability of
the Mangekyou.
